Privacy Policy

Who this covers

This policy applies to Tracflow ("Tracflow", "we") and to business owners who use the service or who we contact about a free website preview. It covers our own site and the tracflow.digital web addresses we operate; it does not cover a separate website you go on to run elsewhere.

What we collect

  • Information you give us: your business details, the content and photos you provide, and the messages you send the assistant.
  • Public business information: when we build a preview, we use publicly available information about your business, such as your Google Business Profile listing (name, address, phone, ratings, reviews, and photos) and your existing website if you have one.
  • Account information: the email address you use to sign in.
  • Payment information: handled by our processor, Stripe. We receive confirmation of a payment and your plan status, not your full card number.
  • Usage information: basic technical data (like which pages loaded and errors) so the product works and stays up.

How we use it

To build, host, and change your website; to run your account and billing; to send you service messages and, if you are a prospect, an honest outreach message about a preview we built for you; and to keep the service secure and reliable.

The promises we keep

  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We do not use your business data or your chat messages to train AI models, and we do not use one customer’s data to inform another customer’s site.
  • You can export your content and assets at any time, in one step.
  • Deleting your account removes your site and content from active systems (backups age out on a rolling schedule).

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run Tracflow, and share only what each needs to do its job:

  • Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage);
  • Stripe (payments);
  • Anthropic (the AI that generates and edits sites and drafts messages) — under terms that do not permit training on your data;
  • Resend (email delivery);
  • Google (Places data used to build previews and improve matches);
  • Vercel (hosting and delivery).

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Tracflow, our customers, or the public.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to keep the service secure. We do not use advertising trackers.

Outreach and your choices

If we email you as a prospect, we identify who we are and why, the message includes our postal address, and it offers a clear way to opt out. Reply to opt out and we add you to a permanent do-not-contact list; we honor it going forward.

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and export your content, by emailing help@tracflow.digital. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

Data retention and security

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We protect it with access controls and encryption in transit, and limit who and what can reach it.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy; material changes are noted here with a new date. Contact us at help@tracflow.digital.
