Terms of Service
Last updated July 30, 2026
1. What Tracflow is
Tracflow builds and hosts websites for local businesses. You describe your business (or we build a preview from your public information), we generate a real website, and you keep it and change it by asking in plain language. These Terms are the agreement between you and Tracflow ("Tracflow", "we") for using the service.
By creating a site, claiming a preview, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Your account and your site
You sign in with an email link, no password. You are responsible for the email account you use to sign in and for the content on your site.
Free sites go live at a web address on tracflow.digital that we operate for you (for example, yourbusiness.tracflow.digital). On the Pro plan you can connect your own domain; a domain you register through us is registered in your name and is yours to keep.
3. Plans, changes, and billing
Free to start: a real, live site with 10 included changes, at no cost and with no card required.
Change packs: $25 for 25 changes. Purchased changes never expire.
Pro: $39 per month for your own custom domain, removal of the "Built with Tracflow" badge, and enhanced search and AI discoverability. No contract; cancel any time and you keep access through the period you paid for.
Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Prices may change with notice, and a change never affects changes you already bought.
A failed change costs you nothing: if a requested change does not work, it is not counted and any charge for it is refunded automatically.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Tracflow for anything illegal, and not to publish, on a site you control through us, any of the following:
- content that is unlawful, or that infringes someone else’s rights;
- impersonation of another business or person;
- medical, financial, or other regulated claims beyond what your business can truthfully and lawfully assert;
- content you were not authorized to publish, including photos you do not own or have permission to use.
We may decline or remove content that violates these rules, and may suspend a site or account for repeated or serious violations. We aim to warn first where we reasonably can.
5. Content you provide
You keep ownership of the text, images, and other content you give us or upload. You grant Tracflow the permission needed to host, display, and modify that content to run your site and make the changes you request.
Only upload photos and material you own or are permitted to use. When we build a preview from public information, we use it to show you what a site could look like; you confirm what is accurate and yours before it goes live under your control.
6. Leaving Tracflow
You can export your site content and assets at any time, in one step. Being easy to leave is intentional.
You can stop using the service any time. If a Pro subscription lapses, we will not take a paid customer’s site offline over a card problem: your custom domain keeps working through a grace period, after which the site falls back to its free tracflow.digital address with the free-tier badge.
7. Service, warranties, and liability
We work to keep the service available and every published change checked, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not responsible for the accuracy of information you provide or for how your customers act on your site.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tracflow’s total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If we make a material change, we will note it here and update the date above, and where appropriate let you know by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
